Advantages: I have an awesome stay at The
Manila Hotel. It did exceed my expectations. I always wanted to check in on this hotel , and finally did ! Not only is it historic , but the food is delicious with some of the most creative presentation, and the staff were friendly, warm and accommodating . Truly a world- class experience! ☺️♥️ Disadvantages: I think some of the e facilities ,upholstery needs updating . While I like the idea that if the old , Manila feel , but it would greatly help some of the facilities e.g. sofa / upholstery to be upgraded or replaced . Otherwise, a truly one in a lifetime experience !

Advantages: Elegant, classic building, excellent and lovely staff. Everything was top-notch. I was ugraded to the 17th floor and the views were spectacular. I also enjoyed the well-appointed fitness center, breakfast buffet and room service dining. Disadvantages: Nothing.

Advantages: It was a very quaint building.The staff was friendly and very helpful. Disadvantages: There was no ventilation equipment for the bath, and moisture was muffled.The TV could not be watched with an error.

Advantages: The palace as we envision it.

Large and classically decorated rooms. The view of the port. Disadvantages: The smoking area ... sinister and not up to the level of a palace worthy of the name.

Advantages: A truly outstanding world class luxury hotel .. it felt like stepping back in time to the days of true service and courtesy.
The immaculately dressed staff could not have been more professional and attentive. The love music was a delight and the public rooms and art deco style was stunning.

Advantages: I love having breakfast at Cafe Ilang-Ilang because of the wide variety of delicious food available. Every dish is flavorful, well-prepared, and offers plenty of choices for everyone. The staff are friendly, attentive, and incredibly hospitable, making every visit a pleasant experience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing, and the overall experience was fantastic. My family and I always enjoy staying and dining here, and we look forward to coming back! Disadvantages: Our overall experience was very enjoyable, but there are a few areas that could be improved. During breakfast, the coffee was served a bit late, which slightly affected the dining experience. The dinner buffet at Cafe Ilang-Ilang was excellent, but the price is on the expensive side. Additionally, the hotel lifts were often crowded due to the large number of guests, resulting in longer waiting times. Despite these minor inconveniences, we still had a pleasant stay and appreciated the excellent food and warm hospitality.

Advantages: An outstanding stay at The Manila Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, full of history and charm, with excellent facilities and a wonderful atmosphere.

The food was exceptional, with a great variety and outstanding quality.

Advantages: The room and the breakfast were both excellent, but the courtesy and efficiency of the staff were exceptional. Disadvantages: Everything was excellent.

Advantages: It's THE Manila Hotel! Stayed there overnight because we had a sorority ball at the hotel. It was convenient to check-in, also had hair and makeup done at the hotel salon. Still very classy and comfortable hotel.

Advantages: Staff were lovely . Entrance hall and lobby amazing. Breakfast incredible . Room spacious and well equipped Disadvantages: Bath taps not working properly . Toilet seat loose. Pillows a bit hard .

Advantages: We are transported to this establishment and very well located.
It is an intercontinental buffet for breakfast which is very varied. The staff is very attentive Disadvantages: Maybe the water was not very hot in the shower on the 14th floor but considering the outside temperatures it was a good thing for me!

Disadvantages: General location but I knew that And I wanted to be there for the history of intramurals And the feel of such a nice old building Yes Mom

Advantages: Very full breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. You will be treated like a king. Live music during dinner. The entire accommodation exudes luxury and style. Beautiful large swimming pool with pool-bar. Disadvantages: Nothing
